Maintaining high quality standards would be impossible without a production computer system, which controls individual operations, and the start of the next operation takes place only after a positive inter-operational control.
Each employee, material, supplier and operation have its own unique identification number (ID). Thanks to that we are able to precisely determine – even after several years – not only who made a given element, when and from what material, but also to identify the supplier of individual parts used in production.
Before commencing work, employees receive printed production guides, which “guide” them through the subsequent stages of production. After a given operation, its code is scanned and downloaded by the computer system, and the proper execution of the operation is approved by the supervisor.
